What are the sizes of the portraits?
Our portraits are available in 3 selected sizes:
• Small - 11″ × 14″ (27.9 × 35.6 cm)
• Medium - 12″ × 16″ (30.5 × 40.6 cm)
• Large - 16″ × 20″ (40.6 × 50.8 cm)
Portraits with 1 pet are designed in a vertical layout, while portraits with 2–4 pets are created in a horizontal layout.
What material are the frames?
Our frames are crafted from Ayous wood, a lightweight and durable material with a smooth, refined finish. Designed for a clean, modern look, they complement the artwork while blending seamlessly into your home.
How many pets can I have in a portrait?
You can include up to 4 pets in a single portrait. Each pet is individually illustrated to ensure their unique features and personality are captured with care.
Are they only for dogs?
Not at all. We create portraits of all kinds of pets: including cats, rabbits, birds, and more. If they’re part of your family, we’re happy to illustrate them.
Shipping & Returns
We ship every portrait within 12 hours of completion, and most orders arrive within 5–7 business days anywhere in the US. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
If something arrives damaged or you’re not completely happy, reach out to us and we’ll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
