Because each portrait is custom-made, our refund policy differs from standard retail products.

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will gladly provide a replacement.

Quality Issues

If there is a production issue with your portrait, we will work with you to correct the problem.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Customer-uploaded photo issues

  • Minor artistic interpretation differences
