To ensure the best possible portrait, please follow these photo guidelines when uploading your pet’s image.

Photo Quality

• Use high-resolution images

• Avoid blurry or pixelated photos

• Natural lighting works best

Pet Visibility

• Make sure your pet’s face is clearly visible

• Avoid photos where parts of the face are cropped

• Eyes should ideally be visible

Angle

Photos taken at your pet’s eye level tend to produce the best portraits.

One Pet Per Photo

If ordering a portrait with multiple pets, upload clear photos of each pet.
