Order Processing

Once you place your order and upload your pet’s photo:

  1. Our artists review your photo.

  2. Your portrait is digitally illustrated.

  3. A preview is prepared for production.

Processing time typically takes 2–4 business days.

Production Time

After your artwork is finalized, your portrait is printed and prepared for shipment.

Production time: 2–3 business days

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days

  • Europe: 6–10 business days

  • United States: 6–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise during promotional periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
